I have to say I chuckled when he said afternoon. It definitely sounds like it could be another good one.
Disney Pixar's UP
So the official site is up with a neat little intro animation

And at Comic Con there was a panel about it, someone in attendance had this to say...
I'm at Comic-Con right now and I saw the Disney Pixar panel a couple hours ago, featuring the movies Bolt and Up. Bolt, well, you know how it looks. They showed clips from the Bolt show within the movie, along with "real life" clips, and frankly, I think I might've preferred it if it was a TV series based on the TV series in the movie, since the action was pretty ace and creative.
As for Up, they showed a few animations, along with a bunch of rough clips, and elaborated on the plot details. The synopsis on Wikipedia is very simplistic, and doesn't even begin to describe the emotional depth in this story.
Up is the story about Carl, a 78 year old widower that's lost touch with today's world. His house is the last precious memory of his late wife, and while the city is forcing him to be inducted into a retirement home, he gets the idea to follow through on the promise he made to his wife when they were young; he takes his house on an incredible journey to the Paradise Falls in Venezuela and just lives.
They showed a clip of him escaping the hands of the retirement home, and just in that two, three minute clip, there was so much emotion flowing that it was almost overwhelming. Ed Asner voices him, and the emotion just oozes from his gritty voice. There's a scene when he's in the air and talks to a picture of his wife that nearly made me choke up. The last time I've been this excited for a Pixar movie since, well, WALL-E, lol.

The trailer gave me a chuckle as well. That's quite a feat for something simple as an old man saying afternoon.

I'm not looking forward to Bolt, but I'm always ready to be dazzled by Pixar.
Money can't buy you happiness, but it will pay for the search.
Looks like a lot of fun. I'm gonna love that grappy ol'fella.
It's nice that Pixar still isn't taking the obvious route. It's not like they can easily sell toys and happy meals of a grumpy elderly man.
That looks like its gonna be a good one lol.. Can i come in? No..
this one actually looks ok
