It was a very close call in this one. Lots of nice entries!
I widdled it down to two. Punisher's concept vs. Caanan's execution and in the end I went for the concept and voted for Punisher... but I wouldn't be surprised if Caanan runs away with this one. That's an awesome Hulk.

Very nice work by a lot of folks, but in the end I went with thepunishers, I think he nailed it.
