    Yeah, I'm with Jacon.

I voted anyhow, just cause I'm a sucker for colors.

    Taro Mochi FTW!
Taro had a strong color scheme that held the picture together well, despite the mostly flat colors.

Archerion's colors were second in my book- nice technique but the palette was a little bland. Too much gray and white, I think.

And malachimanson... well, it looks like he got the picture flatted, anyhow.

    *edit*
If we do another color-off with identical (pro-quality) lineart for everybody, I'd sign up for it. And then I'd back out because of work, but I'd sign up!

I was going to type all this out, but Steve beat me to it - so I'll just quote him instead!

Sorry. I did forget about this. I thought it was due for the end of the month.
Really sorry, I've just been crazy busy.

Voted for Archerion. Looked the best to me.

I had a lot going on the weekend it was due so i didn't have a chance to finish it which is why I just throw it up there. It looks really flat. Only thing I ever liked on it was Ironman and Caps Shield.

I think the problem that I didn't like with yours Malachi, was the blues were too dark and the lines got lost. Especially in Wolvies mask. Kinda hard to see whats going on in there.

should really use the same line art next time, cause its comparing apples to oranges.

Going with Archerion, the other colors look too flat to me.

With coloring, I tend to put a bigger priority on the color choices themselves before the actual sculpting work done with them. Taro Mochi may have left his colors in the "flat" realm by and large, but he picked a really beautiful palette and his entry seemed to me to be the obvious choice. (And it didn't hurt that you chose a pretty fantastic drawing to color, either.)

Nice sculpting work from Archerion, but the color choices themselves left me a little cold, as the palette seems to work against itself. This pic was crying out for something warm or at least romantic and light, I don't think the oppressive gray surrounding everything was the way to go.
