This is a concept cover, I'm not an artist; I have taken an unfinished work and tried to do it myself. Although this is not what really wanted; it is all I could without any Artistic talent.

In the concept, each letter in the word dragons is to represent different elements seen on earth.

D-Lava
R-Plant
A-Lightening
G-Earth(ground)
O-Water
N-Air
S-Ice

This is what the artist did at first...Really talented guy.

HAHA...I know it is pretty Crappy...this is all I started with, I gave this Crappy drawling to my artist at the time. He took this drawling and made the first sketch of the cover (^^2nd picture^^), if you havent heard of this guy you will. Check his drawlings out at http://www.phirewerk.com/ he will be big someday I can see it now.

I don't know what to make of this. If its a joke, I don't get it. If its a serious attempt at art, its terrible. It looks like a 30 second photoshop mash-up, with an old doodle, a google image search for "earth" and a unsteady hand on the mouse.

Yeah, Ramon is a great artist; I just wish I could get his attention. I wish I could pay him so that way I could get more of that. The Sketch is Larger now

If you DO manage to get back in touch with your artist -- I'd suggest you get him to work a bit more on making the planet look spherical. The way that the hands are currently holding it make it appear a bit flat - like a 2-D disc rather than a 3-D globe. As I say, the hands are the key to that - and he should be able to adjust their angle and position until the globe looks right.

Yeah, I believe that as well; the hands have a lot power in this cover. I hope to work with him some day again.
