Working on this for a portfolio piece. Trying to play with shapes and going for more of an animated feel. Any crits and suggestions?

I like it so far , nice pose . Except his head looks alittle alien . I would reduce the size of it and round it out abit more also maybe add a tad more mass to his left arm .

Don't be afraid to draw hands
Work on drawing hands
Hands & feet

Watch your proportions even in, what I think is going to be a skewed or forced perspective your proportions are still wonky, especially the head.
