Has there been any ratings news about how the show has been fairing lately?? I hope they would be promising enough to secure at least 13 episodes for next year.
Its a damn good show, one of my favorites infact.

Yeah, me 2. I think there are 7 shows so far so who knows.
I can't find ratings data for any later than Feb 11th, so the last two shows aren't in here.
Ratings/share (18-49 viewer) - second half hour
11.8/18 (8.1) - 10.4/15 (7.2) <-premier after NFC playoff
6.1/9 (4.2) - 6.3/9 (4.3)
5.2/8 (3.5) - 5.4/8 (3.6)
3.9/6 (2.3) - 3.6/5 (2.1) <-shifted time slot to an hour earlier for one week
5.5/8 (3.4) - 5.6/8 (3.5)
4.9/7 (3.4) - 5.2/8 (3.6)
If I can find the last two shows I'll edit it. I think you have to have an average of 3.7-3.9 to even be considered for extension, which looks like they might have. And maybe the last two shows have brought it up more as well, I know a lot of folks are talking favorably about it lately.
USA today has last week's episode at 4.2 million viewers so within its average.

Well, hopefully some we'll hear some word from Fox in the next few weeks after the finale. Otherwise it's gonna be a lont wait till May to find out if it got picked up.
One thing I never understood, and this has nothing to do with ratings or the show in general, but why are the Terminators called cyborgs? They're not cyborgs, they're androids with a skin/blood disguise. If they lost all their skin, they could still function. I think I want this show to correct that.![]()
I get what you are saying and I definitely agree my version of a cyborg as well has at least a human brain or soul. In other words they should start off as a human.
The wikipeida definition would disagree tho..
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyborg
So in the Sci Fi terms any organic parts coupled with cybernetic parts would in fact be a cyborg even tho they did not start off as human,or need those synthetic parts to survive.Fictional cyborgs are portrayed as a synthesis of organic and synthetic parts,
Terminators under this definition would classify as a cyborg.
And I guess an Android would be a robot that mimics and looks like a human, but has no synthetic parts. I.E. R2D2 = not a android C3PO = android

They did later say...
Although frequently referred to onscreen as a cyborg, The Terminator might be more properly an android. While it has skin and blood (cellular organic systems), these serve mainly as a disguise and are not symbiotic with the machine components, a trait of true cyborgs. The endoskeletons beneath are fully functional robots and have been seen operating independently, especially during the future segments of the Terminator movies. The T-1000 (which is said to be made completely of a liquid metal) of Terminator 2 is definitely an android.
Cyborg just sounds cooler, more dangerous. At least that's what some exec or some focus group probably said.![]()

After reading through the whole wikipedia article on cyborgs it contradicts itself way to many times to be valid.
