This is it; the conclusion to “Mask of the Crime Czar”

In chapter 16; “Time to Act” the raid on the illegal gambling den under Quincy's is on. Mindforce finalizes plans with the FBI and the Police Commissioner prior to their all out raid.

In chapter 17; “Final Conflict” a trap is set by the Crime Czar to eliminate Mindforce but our hero is warned of the trap by Lightfingers Leroy who can't resist telling all. Mindforce is led on a late night roundabout chase through the city where it all ends at an abandoned warehouse in the explosive conclusion.
