Need Help Finding JACK KIRBY Book

I'm looking for the hardcover HEROES AND VILLAINS book that featured Jack Kirby's pencilled pin-ups of various comic book heroes and villains. This was a solid black book printed by Pure Imagination Publishing in 1987. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR THE "BLACK MAGIC" EDITION, which contains pin-ups inked by various comic pros.

I'm willing to pay $50 for a copy in decent shape. If you have this book, please PM me. I can pay via PAYPAL.

Have you asked if Pure Imagination is going to re-print this? Would you even want a re-print?
