it's just black cat ink,a little water and a paper towel.
twist the towel, dip it in the ink and go crazy.
flick the towel to get some splatter.

Love these! Old school inking techniques, to boot! Minor crit, maybe Hawkeye's arm could use some more detail like the legs have.

you mean like shading?
well, i kept the arms less shaded to show they are flesh and not cloth.
maybe it didn't work. lol

yeah, my brush broke one day. so i tried it, and liked the effect.
i guess you could use a sponge or a rag as well. but i had paper towels on hand.

That Cap is awesome! Great inking and washes... the textures are great and I love the angle.
