Okay. There's been a slight DELAY in mailing out sketchbooks, so don't kill me, folks!
The delay is actually not a bad thing at all though! I've decided that all PJers and Uggabuggs who buy a copy of "SCRIBBLES 'N' SCRATCH MARKS" get a free character sketch to be included with their copy of the book! The delay will only be a day or so because I'm pretty fast. I'll most likely be finished by tomorrow. I just want everyone who ordered a copy of the book from me to get a sketch in their package, so please hang on for a little longer! It'll be worth the wait!
Once the sketches are done, all copies will be mailed out at once. Each sketch I'm doing will be unique, though I may draw a couple of the popular characters like Batman or Spidey more than once, the images will all differ. The sketches will feature characters from Marvel and DC Comics (and if I feel frisky, maybe a few wildcards). Sorry, but I'm not taking requests on these-there's just not enough time to do that, so it's going to have to be potluck as to what you'll receive. this bonus sketch will be part of any future orders of the books that are left as well.
"But Loston--I got a copy of your book at HeroesCon! Don't I get a sketch too? Is this retro-active?"
The answer is: YES. Providing you are a PJer or Uggabugger who bought a book at HeroesCon, and you are willing to pay shipping and handling charges to obtain a sketch, I'll do one for you. Again, no request though. It's potluck. PM me if you bought at HeroesCon and now want a sketch. I'll take care of ya.
So there you have it. If you bought a sketchbook via PAYPAL or at HeroesCon and are a PJer or Uggabugg, you can get a spiffy sketch to boot! This applies to all future orders until the sketchbook is officially sold out. This bonus sketch addition is EXCLUSIVE to this print-run only.
Info on the sketches: The sketches are 4.5"X6" and are done with an HB pencil. I scanned the first four I've already drawn to give you an idea of what you can expect:
The sketches mean some extra work for me, at a fairly busy time, but it's my way of thanking you guys for supporting me and my art. I really appreciate it!
