The Teenagers Guide To Reality ( webcomic )

Hey all...long time no post. Been doing alot of things. Wife just had baby Been teaching alot...kinda stopped doing the comic thing. But now I am gearing back up for it.

I finally got up enough courage to do this comic. A web comic... that acts as a guide to reality. Will try to update it daily.

Would love some feedback on it

hah this is really cool. great concept, i wish the visuals were a little more developed though. like making planet earth look more like planet earth, instead of random shapes for continents, and making the shots of space and the universe more realistic. i know the whole style here is supose to be very simple, but i think those things could make it more immersive. why is it the teenagers guide to reality, not just the guide to reality?

Thanks for the positive thoughts and constructive crit. I am planning to go over the visuals with more clarity later. Spruce them up a bit.

I picked the name because I thought that teenagers are the really only ones something like this could get through to. This is to heavy for kids and most adults have their mind made up about the world. So 10-20 is my optimal demo graphic

I really dig it, it almost has a Scot McCloud feel to it. My only gripe, however: please use correct grammar. It's text-heavy, so make sure it's right (i.e. not mixing up "your" with "you're" or "its" with "it's").

I'm a bit of a stickler, but these little mistakes can do a lot of damage to your credibility.

I will try and watch the grammar Kman. Will have my wife go over the pages with fine tooth comb. She is a stickler too!

YES. SCOTT IS MY HERO. He is big inspiration. Thanks for the comparison. If I get it finished one day I might just send it out to him

Intersting. Which I'm sure is an acceptable response considering I don't range within your target demographic.

I think 15-25 is a more likely demographic. I doubt 10yr olds give much thought to the paradox that is self awareness.
