Ok, so maybe there is one anatomical gripe of mine. His right arm doesn't look natural. His bicep is way too rounded. That and the perspective of the spikes on the left gauntlet seems off.
However, it is still a GORGEOUS pic of the Bat. Good job!
This is very nice. Nice work on the contrast with the white highlights and the black. Good composition and dynamism.
The bats flying upside down look unnatural, also the blue for the sky in the background doesn't fit this night scene.

They arent flying upside down, Karim. They're flapping down. I like it, I think it looks great. I dig the stark contrast of the bright highlights with the overshadowed piece.
4/5 on the Spidey scale.
