Fixed the head. Still too big?
the head looks better but I don't think his shoulders are wide enough. They look to be 2 heads wide when they should be more like 3 and they seem to be a smidge too high.

I did a version with Photoshop to show you what I would
recommend doing. I just scaled down some of the elements.
Also I made a over lay for a comparison of the two.
The blue image is the altered version.
I thought showing you would be easier than explaining it.
If you dont want this to be posted than I will remove it
