i watched it. overall it wasn't bad, typical TT fare. i will say, i really dug some of the villians designs, and the concept behind the main baddie.
Lots of little inside jokes referencing japanese characters and stories. Be on the lookout for a cameo (from the back) by Kaneda, character designs that look an awful lot like Astroboy, Godzilla, that cat girl from Dark Stalkers and Mario from Super Mario Bros. The inspector also looked an awful lot like a Tezuka design and Robin spends some time in the bar where Kaneda and his boys hang in Akira. It was fun to watch.
I haven't seen it yet but the preview shows Robin imitatating Tony Jaa with that Double Knee drop from the end of Ong-Bak. An thas aight wit ME!

Meh. I was not impressed. The final season of Justice League was much better.
it was decent, i watched it with my kids.
