He certainly looks like he's taken something...

Leaning over in such a sleepy way I think he's in danger of falling off that ledge.

Other than that - I think his chest muscles look too contracted and small for this pose.

I actually it's not the fact that he's leaning that makes it akward- it how he holds his head. Unless he's trying to peek underneath something, his eyes should be in a horizontal level, don't you think? I think that would make him look more in control and just slightly enough off balance to induce some movement, as if he just sqatted down, or was getting back up.

Or, he is trying to look over the edge, and in that case, his face is drawn in the wrong perceptive.
