the foreshortening on her arms is a bit strange where they cross. also her left leg is bigger than the one closest to us. the rendering is very nice though.

Is that blood on her arms? I am thinking with that much on her hands and forearms, some of it would have at least dripped onto her knees or thighs as she rested her arms on them.
Other than the other crits already outlined above, this is a pretty tight piece. Nice work.

this piece is strong on mood and conveys that mood well, but the anatomy suffers. I like how the shadow cast off the face plays into the arm shadow.
The rounding of the back into the shoulder should be offset with a rear deltoid. Something going on with the obliques & serratus (sp?) The feet need proportion.
Overall the peice is very human and emotive which I like.
the wrinkle above the eye is too long or too marked I dunno, but it makes it look like it is actually open and without a pupil. I think it comes also from the fact that it is joining at the same points with the eyebrows when it shouldn't.
