Looks okay, but the lineweights on the buildings in the background are too thick in places, causing the background to compete with Spidey for attention. It's generally a good idea to think thick to thin when inking--thicker lines in the forground, slightly thinner lines in the mid-ground, and thinnest lines in the background. That helps ensure the right amount of depth in a drawing.
The buildings look rather generic. They seem to lack any sort of realistic architecture or design. Using Reference would have helped to make this look more like New York City.
