I thought it was a joke. Who would believe a 60 year old man would want to make a movie about being a boxer. I still think it's a joke... a sad joke..
Don't worry. After this one we get the long awaited "Rocky VII: Adrian's revenge".

He made Copland, and for a minute I thought Stallone was taking his career in an interesting direction.
What a complete bunce. Ah well, so long as they bring back Clubber Lang "I pity the fool!"
We did it! Issue 20 Subconcious Pt 1 is up now! Thanks to all who have contributed and supported us! http://reynardcity.com/the-comics/is...concious-pt-1/
This is almost as silly an idea as the Knight Rider movie.
Almost.
I've heard that the script is very good, comparable to the first. I mean, the fact is George Foreman came back to box late in life and did well and that's all this is. I think it has a chance of being good. Certainly better than parts 3-5.
And it doesn't take place in FL. It's in Philly and I think Vegas.
George Foreman though was 45, not 60.Originally Posted by Chris Piers

True, but Sylvester Stallone once moved a planet out of the way of an asteroid.
Stallone's got a better physique at ago 60(is he really that old now?) than Foreman had at 45, so I don't think the age thing is a factor. I'm just sad that he had to go back to the well again.Originally Posted by WillTurner
What's next? Rambo IV? It's just sad that he's trapped playing the same role when, as an actor, he should have been able to take himself to another level.
Hasn't it been more than 12 years since the last movie? He should just run for office or something.
Money can't buy you happiness, but it will pay for the search.
