I don't think something like this gets to work more than once.

But yeah, from a paper clip to a rent-free year is pretty impressive, even if he never gets any farther... though if he's just using the rent-free year as an asset, he's still got room to trade.

And if he gets enough money from movie rights to buy a house, then technically doesn't he end up with what he wanted?
