Not one comment, eh? Well, hardcore, allow me to be the first. I wish there was a little more to look at here than just a draped cape and a head--maybe an indication of the Bat emblem, his arms, or even the points at the bottom of his cape would add something--but it's a nice Batman.

Just saw this. If it's a study of shadow and light then maybe you should do that. Pay attention to where the shadows and light sources are.
On his shoulders and in the middle bottom, there seem to be 2 light sources. Did you mean to do that? If so, how come it isn't represented as such on his head as well.

Just thought I would say something. You gotta remember light sources and how many of them you have. They affect the entire piece.

    You need a straightedge.

I don't know that I like the way his right leg separates from his cape in the shadows. Batman is a creature of shadows and as such, wants to blend in with as many as possible.

    But it looks neat overall.

So what are you looking for? Praise? Congratulations, you've just drawn the best Batman sketch in the history of American comics. How they got along without for all these decades I'll never know. What's it like to have the greats call you for consultations on how to draw the Dark Knight? How did you come about such an intuitive way of drawing men in wings? Did your parents take you spelunking when you were a baby, thereby exposing you to bats at an early age?
No matter, thank you, thank you for the honor of looking at your definitive sketch of Batman.
