    my first animation

yeah, it's pretty crappy and super simplistic. But I had to do it in like 20 mins. for class, and it's only 12 frames. Tear it apart if you wish.

nice animation dylan. your doing a good job sequencing your frames to make it smooth. your new ninja animation your working on is also turning out well.

only having twelve frames I don't know if this is relevant, but it would be nice if there was a space between when he puts on the glasses and draws the gun.
the two gestures get kind of confused together. I did a bit of time in animation school and they were always stressing to keep a bit of time between two specific actions so that the audience has time to register it.
Other than that bit of advice I think its pretty cool

I meant to comment on this earlier, but I think its great.

I agree with what acosby said about the spacing, the two motions do get jumbled together, plus it would be difficult to do both those things at once, even for a secret agent.

but to start right out with full figures, it's ambitious, I like it.

    Love to see more work.

Hey thanks for all the comments guys, I'm really starting to get into my animation class I'm taking. Hopefully I'll have a nice, new, clean animation to put up here sometime soon.
