Not exactly a typical media used but hey it's still art right? .... It took me 3 hours includeing setup to clean-up .... I made it for my girlfriend's sons 4th B-day ... I'm aware of any mistakes ... just thought I'd share for the heck of it.



I used white iceing, food coloring, red plastic dairyqueen knife, clay modeling tool, black iceing, and a whole lot of patience .... oh and a crappy digi cam.

Batman on a cake is impressive, but Batman on a cake with lighting is wickedly impressive!

No, we cheated on the bakeing part .... we bought an IGA cake for $16 .... it also had the white iceing already... I only did the batman and bat symbol... my girlfriend did the lettering

I did use a reference but it was a pic I had drawn from memory prior to playing with the sugary substance and even then it was a quick sketch.
