Its cool.
I only have one small crit though - and thats that the last 'o' of Boogaloo is slightly more cut off than any of the other last letters of the other words.
The more I look at that the more it bugs me.

If you do the squint test, the gray values of the hair, background and robot visors are pretty much equal. It sort of negates any sense of depth.
the design is overwhelmed by details/effects. the picture doesn't have room to breath. for poster art, try to simplify, to make bold statements, to be cool like the music.
