    It's kinda hard to tell what's going on since everything is so lightly drawn. Without any backround details to establish a perspective or sense of relative size, from what I can see Supergirl may very be taking on the hand of god. Supergirl herself seems to have an overly long torso, and is perhaps a bit too muscular, but those may be stylistic choices.

    Anyway, it's not bad at all, it's just hard to judge it's potential as a cover in it's current state. Good luck with the final version!
