PJ in Opera not loading correctly

    FYI

I know I'm in the one percent of people with this browser, but as a heads up because I think it has to do with the ads, when the page loads, I see the images load 3 of 3, then it stops. It stops with only the top grouping of ads loading. I have to go back a page and try again several times before it loads correctly.

So far it doesn't do this on IE or Firefox, but Opera's my man piece and PJ's my most visted page.

I'll also submit this to Opera and see what they say.

    Thanks.

I'm not a big fan of Opera, but I'd have to wager this isn't an Opera problem. It happens, though rarely, in Firefox to me. I hate to keep parroting this line, but it's true - I'm trying to find a better solution to the ads as they're currently implemented. Sorry to have to put it off, but I'm working to get it fixed for good.

Same here, to all of the above. It started sometime around midnight last night, so if something was changed in that time-frame, that'd be the culprit. I've been loading up in Mozilla instead.

As a side note, I don't mind the ads at all... More than a necessary evil, I think it's a darn good idea to help keep PJ runnin'.

I seem to recall you were against making PJ a pay site, but have you considered adding a paypal donation link? Some folks might be willing to toss you a couple bones every now and again. I doubt it would amount to enough to not have ads, but it would help a bit.

    Yeah so far.

Man, Firefox is fast. I wish they had mouse navigation.

Actually, if you're talking about mouse gestures, you can get an extension that adds it. From what I hear there are hundreds of extensions, and that's what makes Firefox the bee's knees.

There might be other versions. I dunno.
