    First one here

    Hey Everyone

I've been posting in the inking Lab, but this is my first post here in the coloring section. This a piece I just finished for a weekly jam.

Good, although her hair seems to be kind of a "plate." Perhaps add more complex texture or highlighting to it.

I like how you can see the musculature highlighted. Very cool effect, that. However, her back seems to kind of "meld" into her left arm. Establish a darker shadow within the existing one to illustrate the wrinkle that would occur, to give the drawing more depth.

I think the picture would be more interesting if you worked with color more. I can look at the pic and see the colors of her costume and skin, but the light itself is pure white, and the shadows pure dark.

A lot of the character of a picture comes from the use of light and its effects... Explore the palette a bit more... Highlights hold a lot of color from the lightsource, and shading can be made more interesting by changing the saturation levels. Explore a bit, and I think you'll enjoy what you find.
