    The middle girl looks the best. The right hand side girl has a really horrible nose but that's partly the pencils. Actually the pencils on this aren't the best overall which is throwing things outa whack overall but that's not your fault.

    Skintones look ok to me but try adding some diffuse orange to the red cloth background on the highligfhts to give it some zing.
