    NAME (Alias): William (Agamemnon)

    WHERE YOU WERE BORN: Germany

PUBLISHED or UNPUBLISHED: Published, but not really. Nothing in the comic book (or even creative writing) field, just an academic essay, and just local. I have done some freelance photography for a few very small newspapers as well.

JOB/SCHOOL: I graduated from a small college in Maine with Degrees in English and Cultural Studies. I am currently a Graduate Student at Western Michigan University in O&M.

FAVORITE MOVIES: Seven Samurai, Kagemusha, Ikiru, Unforgiven, Full Metal Jacket, Memento, Hero, House of Flying Daggers, Reservoir Dogs, Schindler’s List, Vertigo, Twilight Samurai

hmm, don't know if i ever did one of these:

    Name: Amadarwin

    Birthplace: Korea

Unpublished: but working on a few projects I plan to self publish

Pastime: Tons of hobbies, not enough time. Photography, Scuba Diving, City of Heroes, Fossil Hunting, Guitar, Singing, Drawing, Writing, Painting, Motorcyle Enthusiast, Football (watching and playing), Deadlands...

Job/school: Too boring to even give any credit here. Never went to college, only took one year of art class (have no idea why I waited so long)and have been self (and book) taught before and since. Trying to remedy that as I am way behind the curve of artists I feel I would have been peers with.

Favorite Movies: 5th Element, Leon, Goonies, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Shaun of the Dead, Reservoir Dogs, Very Bad Things...the list could go on and on as I've seen so many movies in my lifetime, even bad ones.

Favorite Comic/ Graphic Novel: None. It's been awhile since I've bought comics that could keep my interest. The last Graphic novel I bought was Invincible trade 1 and it was pretty good. Other than that, Dark Knight Returns comes to mind.

Favorite Writers: Stephen King, Kyle Mills, Chris Claremont and a few others I cannot remember

Favorite Artists: DaVinci, Brom, Aspiri, Art Adams, Jim Lee, Nate, Cory, Albrecht Duhrer, Rockwell, Vallejo, Patrick Nagel, Pep, Alex Ross, Tim Bradstreet, Frazetta, Anneth Sairyn, Travis Charest, Geiger, Rojo, Sorayama...wow, I could go on and on with this one. I'll stop here though since names are starting to slip my mind.

Why are you here: I'm here to make the world a better place, one bullet at a time.
    Check out Iratefilms!

Who Am? This tale isn't for the Faint of Heart...

Name: Samir Goel (Alias) I guess I might as well say that I'm Spiderman but I go by the name Web Crawler--yes, this is in honorum of Spidey.

Born: I was born in a small town in the interrior of British Columbia Canada known as Revelstoke. Beautiful little town by the way--there are Mountains and water close at hand. In fact there is a place known as Three Valley Gap not too far away from Revelstoke.

Published/Unpublished: I honestly don't know which. I have works posted on sites like these would this count? I also had a few of my poems submitted and accepted to be published in the National Library of Poetry but haven't seen any of my work in them. The kicker is that my Mom said that she purchased an Anthology--Beneath the Harvest Moon but never received it. Anyway, I'll leave it up to you to decide, but I guess you could say a work in progress.

Past Time: It seems like I am having more and more these days as I have just finished my education for now and actually had a bit of an anxiety attack so I am at home recovering and loving what I am presently doing. I am working with William to nurture our creative desires while having the privilege to participate on these wonderful sites where I have come across many talented people who i would like to share our interests with. I used to work out religiously but that went out the window and both my emotional and physical health went rapidily with it. I guess you know the morale of this story.

Job/School: I finished my BA in Criminology last December from Simon Fraser University. I also have a Certificate of Liberal Arts. At one time I was working towards becoming a teacher but then decided against it. Now I am hoping to eventually get something in my field but will take any job that comes my way once I get better. After all beggers can't be chosers.

Favorite Movie: Unfortunately I can never fully pin down a favorite movie as I have an eclectic taste. I usually like any movie that has a well written storyline (i.e. Citizen Kane and the Classics, as well as anything modern). Then again there are times where I look for senseless mayham such as many action movies and great outrageous soft porn flicks like American Pie, Girl Next Door etc.

Favorite Comic: I guess my alias says it all. This would have to be the Amazing Spiderman although I like many other superheroes as well. The majority of my comic collection is the Amazing Spiderman and boy did i buy at the right time! These suckers are just ridiculously costly now adays, although I have seen some fantastic deals on ebay from time to time.

Favorite T.V.: same type of response given to movie. I watch game shows, comedies (animated/non animated), dramas and yes, those damn annoying reality shows etc. Nevertheless, I don't spend hours and hours in front of the tube, I get bored too quickly if I do. Usually an hour or two tops, but even then not that often in the week. I would guess that I watch about 3-5 hours a week of t.v. My total takes a big hit if I start watching my superhero cartoons!

Favorite Writer: Grrrr! Anyone who can keep me entertained as I would refer to myself as a lazy reader. I don't like to read that much, but when I do I can get engrossed in a well written book. As much as I would like to ask why does J.K. Rowling get mountains and mountains of praise, her Harry Potter does keep me reading. This is not to say I think that her book is head and shoulders over others but rather I am giving her credit where it is due. I also liked reading both the Spiderman and Incredible Hulk adaptation to the movie. Finally, I love classic literature from well known writers (i.e. Shakespeare etc.--I bet you knew that was coming!)

Favorite Artist: Sorry folks, this is rather difficult to answer as both writing and art are something which appeals to people on a person to person basis. Therefore, I would say that regardless of style, as long as I like it I like it. I generally don't care for a liney based style of art work such as Sal Bascama. At times I don't like Breyfogle's art either, but that's not to say that there weren't pictures that I liked from these to artists. And then again, there was a painting with 3 huge black stripes (nothing else) hanging in the Vancouver Art Gallery in Canada that was a multi million dollar work and I thought what the heck is this sh**?

I think that I got most of these, but I have a sneaky feeling that I could have missed something. If I did be gentle! William this was an excellent idea. I enjoyed taking part and wish that I had done so earlier but better late than never! I hope that the responses keep coming in.

    Sincerely,

    Samir Goel

    WHERE YOU
WERE BORN: I was born in the small coal mining town of Clintwood, Virginia. I lived there for the first 21 years of my life. I've since lived in Washington DC, New Jersey, and now make my home in North Carolina.

PUBLISHED or UNPUBLISHED: CAVEWOMAN: KLYDE & MERIEM; Various issues of ELVIRA, MISTRESS OF THE DARK; Various BATMAN & SUPERMAN DC Comics License Coloring/activity books; CATWOMAN: LIFE & TIMES OF A FELINE FATALE; Over 60 Roleplaying books and box sets, including DEADLANDS, SHADOWRUN, BATTLETECH, INDIANA JONES, & STAR WARS stuff. My first published work was a map in the novel CONAN THE ROGUE, by John M. Roberts. My second credit was a map in the Roman mystery novel, SPQR, which was nominated for an Edgar Allan Poe Award (the book, not my map. LOL). One of the weirdest ways I've been published is the Deadlands Poker Deck, where I designed poker playing cards with a western-horror motiff. My favorite piece of art I ever did was a Batman I drew for my grandmother when I was 4 years old. She gave me a kiss for it--the best payment I've ever received for any work of art.

PASSTIME: Former martial artist; amateur tournament fighter; I throw a mean shuriken to this day! Penciljack; City of Heroes; movies, etc; Recently I joined a gym to get myself into better physical shape. Being a desk jockey and soda drinker doesn't exactly make one Charles Atlas. I'll never be in the great physical condition I was when I was 18, but I'm trying to be the healthiest 35 year old I can be.

JOB/SCHOOL: Attended the JOE KUBERT SCHOOL OF ART. I've been a free lance artist since, working professionally since the mid 90s. In 2001, I did my first comic book, after years of illustrating for roleplaying games. Currently, I'm working on a creator owned pulp comic that I am pencilling and co-plotting.

    FAVORITE
