The QT file seems to have some framerate troubles, but I don't doubt that a proper version will be out within 24 hours. I don't know how the WM version is, it requires something I don't have at the moment.
From what I can see, though... hm. I stand by my expectations that this film will do well with fans of the comic and those who enjoy "art-house" and "indie" films, people who like something different are going to enjoy Sin City.
For the other 95% of the movie-watching public, it's going to bomb, I fear. They just won't "get" it, it's "too weird".
I hope I'm wrong, though.

Eyegasmic.
this made me feel all funny, but in a good, naughty kind of way, in my pants.
*drools profusely and watches the trailer on a loop*
looks rad to me.

eh... i have a feeling you're pretty dead-on, and wouldn't put too much stock in the general public finding anything appealing about this other than the headliners. i can see the critics looking kindly on it, but that's about it outside of existing fans. we'll have to see.Originally Posted by Inkthinker
Looks fun but still needs higher contrast. Whatever though, I'm sure it will be great and I'll be there when its out.
By the way, as soon as anyone spots a copy of the trailer that doesn't jump about in the framrate, post a link here, won't you?
I've never read a Sin City comic in my life, but from watching the old trailer and this one, I'm really pumped about this film. This just looks RAD!
