    Jim Lee sketching videos

    http://gelatometti.blogspot.com/2004...ing-links.html

not quite as cool as the Adam Hughes sketching vids i saw last week, but it's always interesting to see how people draw. While the torso length is not my cup of tea, i think the monkey looks cool

    30 minutes!?

Dang. I was hoping he'd spent more time than that. :S
I gotta learn how to ink fast. Like, now.

Thank YOU, Finn, for posting this.

Like the Hughs before this, they start out the same as any of us. Somewhere between scribble sketch and sharpie background is where they lose us.

Damn it felt like he had his hand on the fast forward button while he was drawing that. Very cool.

LOL, yeah all my sketches start off like Adam Hughes and Jim Lee -- I like that idea.

EDIT: Holy crap! That's Jim Lee's BLOG!!!

I downloaded it, but my Quicktime won't play it (not sure why).

I have that old Stan Lee video where Jim Lee draws a picture from scratch, based on Stan's description. He was hella fast then; I can't imagine how fast he is now. I wish I could see.
Money can't buy you happiness, but it will pay for the search.
