I'm looking for an artist to illustrate my graphic novel "Fat Lip."

It's the story of Jeff and his group of friends. Jeff is mugged at knifepoint by a mysterious stranger, and thus begins a series of nightmares to waking visions, changing Jeff and his friends' lives. It's an urban punk rock tale about friendship and moving on and the uncertainty of the future.

I'm looking for someone showing influences of Paul Pope, Becky Cloonan, Charles Burns, and Mike Allred. Most of all, I'm looking for someone that understands my vision and is committed to seeing it through in the same way that I am.

I am able to pay for supplies, but since I'm broke like a joke and work at a convenience store, I'm not really able to pay any type of large commission, but I'm perfectly willing to split any profit 50/50. If anyone is worried about a fruitless commitment, we can put together a small pitch for publishers, and perhaps get some interest generated.
