    "Death of the Phoenix" JUST ANOTHER WEDNESDAY - all new!

    Hey hey guys and gals.

    Well, it being ALMOST Wednesday (20 minutes til or so as of this writing), I figured I could show off the new Just Another Wednesday pages!

    First up is LAST weeks comic... a 1-pager. Something smaller in scale from the previous weeks comic, to kind of clear the way for the new 3-week long story that's starting up this week...

    So, here we go...

    Alrighty! Now, on to THIS weeks comic, the first part of a three part story called "Death of the Phoenix"... why is it called that, you ask? Well... I can't really say... YET. However, check out the first 2 pages!

    Here's the good ol' JAW ARCHIVE...

    JAW: Fate of the Empire - March 17

    JAW: Hide and Seek - Part One - March 24

    JAW: Hide and Seek - Part Two - March 31

    JAW: Colorblind - April 14

    UPDATE!
    I just uploaded the brand new JAW site! Go there to check it out, it's fun times.

    PLUS! Now you can vote for JAW at buzzcomix.net. However, it's easy to vote... there's a button on the left hand side of www.justanotherwednesday.com....

    all you need to do is click the "vote" button, it's going to ask you to "confirm your vote", and that's it! You'll pitch in to help out JAW! You guys make it all worth the effort to do this... so pitch in! Me and Ev won't let your vote go un-noticed!

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

    Anyhoo... hope you guys like 'em... as always, comments are more than welcome!

    AND YES, That IS a Marlins hat that he's wearing... Go Fish!

    <lame crit>
    Death Of The Phoenix, Page 1, Panel 3: it should be "BREATHE" with an "E" instead of "BREATH", no?
    </lame crit>

    ...that's the only crit I could come up with.

    Oh, that and Phoenix is looking a little flat in that last panel. You should break out the perspective books on foreshortening, man. Looks like she's drawn on a cardboard standee or something...

    j/k!!!
    Take care,

    SIGH.

    I was SO damn proud of myself... until I read that. I was on some ego trip... thinking I spelt ALL the words right this week. Last week, I figured I couldn't screw it up...

    Well, I suppose that's why I went to an art school... spelling isn't my THING, you know?

    I guess I'll start my "Typo Free since..." slogan NEXT week... assuming I spell everything right.

    And so that's what Undergrads looks like... I dunno... I suppose you could say it's similar... ::shrug:: I wonder if Elliott (Hat Guy, as me and Ev like to call him) lost his hat, would the comparisons end...? Cuz I hate drawing that hat! (Not really... but kinda)

    Oh well. I guess it's a good thing being compared to a once famous (I'm guessing) cartoon.

    Thanks for the comments, dudes.

    Fantastic as always. I too look forward to these, I love'em.

    I wouldn't really say UnderGrads was popular... as much as I would say it's a damn good show.

    Well, better for it to be good and have me compared to it than for it to be horrible and... well, people comparing me to it!

    Someday... oh yes, someday, I'll get DSL or Cable... and I'll download me one of these episodes and see what all the fuss is about.

    Until then? 56k for me!

    And... again, as always, everyone's comments me a lot to me and Ev. It's all for you guys, anyway!
