I think Jim's Freshness from Making Batman is being played out.
Don't like the composition and doesnt really grab me.Supes upper body seems too long, Diana's hairline seems too short and her tiara too low, and I don't like the face. And I'm a big Jim Lee fan too
Turner's on the other hand just plain sucks. The earth sucks too while I'm at it. Never could get why his sketchness is so appealling. If I wanted sketchy goodness I would look for Phil Noto.Could you have come up with something more challenging.
good thing I'm waiting for the trade for Jim Lee this time(atleast I can avoid the turner cover) I'm spending the subscription money on Ivan Reis Action Comics instead.. too bad Austen writing totally doesnt match Supes

Wow, that Lee pic is really boring. Nothing special about it at all. i'm pretty disappointed. I was never a HUGE Lee fan, though I always thought his stuff was good but this one just does nothin for me. I don't like the colors at all by the way.
And i'm not gunna get into how grotesque Turner's pic is. *twitch*

That Turner pic... eew. Ugly pencils, even uglier colors. I don't know why comic companies don't hang out here... they could find a TON of talent... WAY better than Turner.
Eh, the Lee one doesn't bug me so much, it's Lee alright (ok, Batman's arm looks stupid, he has a stupid arm).
No comment on the second one, I preffer a challenge.

The Lee piece is a bit mediocre, but there's nothing that makes me scream "OMG THIS SUKKS" or anything like that.
Turner, on the other hand, I have never liked. I know the plotline in Batman/Superman right now is supposed to be pretty good, but there is no way I would abuse my eyeballs like that. I guess I won't have to put much thought into what cover to buy, at least.
