Go for more definition and color variation.
And since you probably multiplied the lineart layer, erase some of it out to get rid of (or play down) some bothersome pencil lines, like on the cheek. Or the lip outlines
As far as the drawing itself goes: big nose, mouth placed (too) low. Seeing the ears, I would think she 'points' her face downwards , or we see her face slightly from above. But, since her nose looks straight-forward (we can see the nostrils), as do her eye regions, it's pretty ambiguous.
