EEeeennnnhhhh... Theron is a damn fine actress, both damn fine and a fine actress. But playing the lead of Aeon Flux... I dunno.
For one thing, she's not skinny enough. You need one of those underfed stick-thin fragile fashion model types to get the right visual... preferably as bony as they can get.
Mila Jovovich would be a good choice, but shes in to many other movies ,I guess.
Uma Thurman would be my choice.
Milla would be good too though.

Actually, I could see Mila in the role.
As has been established, she is willing to wear a costume that largely consists of strategically placed strips of cloth. Plus she's pretty athletic and exotic, two things that are essential aspects of the character in question.
She does have that look.
