So here it is: A reissue of not just old games on old systems, but old games on the OLD SYSTEMS!!!

That's right. Want total nostalgia? Remember the feel of the grip of your old controller, and always wanted that feeling back?

They should reissue all of the old games and old systems once more.

Just think: Nintendo would make so much more money remaking the old system AND the old game... not remastering it, but just reissuing it... The Super Nintendo was quite possibly the greatest system ever. It had such a large library of good games... it was great.

It would be cheap for them to make, and cheap for us to buy.

So am I the only one that thinks this would be a good idea????

why would you pay for an old system not capable of playing new games...even if its "cheap" it would still be 30 bucks or so...

It would be better to make controllers that look and feel like old controllers, but interfaced with modern systems, if you really wanted the old style feel. Plus from a manufacturing stand point it would really be that cheap, because most of the stuff that assembled those systems is scrap by now so you would have to reconfigure all the way down to that...which is extremely costly.

Or the Atari 10-in-1... it's kinda bizarre to think that they can take ten of those huge damn cartridges and the heavy 2600 unit and burn it all to a chip that fits in the base of the old controller.

Still a neat nostalgia kick. I love that game with the balloons.

i have the atari ten in one, and the namco 5 in 1 with pac-man...they are great. But they aren't the old systems...so its different. That and they are ten bucks a piece (when you aren't buying off ebay right before christmas...grumble grumble grumble....)

I think the 10-in-1 is a good idea. I mean, why would you want to make more plastic waste and packaging trash from all of those new cartridges and consoles that kids wouldn't be playing because the graphics suck and there's no polygons and I can't tell what that thing that Mario's jumping on is and why the hell did you play this when you were a kid, dad? I hate you.

Actually, I'd like the compilation discs for consoles more if they had more than 10 games on each disc. For one thing, what I'd like to see are SNES collections and so forth. I'm still having Space Mega Force flashbacks to this day. The music was so good..
