To be honest, I dont see Aniston in this. As for the shading, she looks burnt. Simplify it and use a ref.

Seems you had a good drawing at first, it's just too complex now.

Nope, i see captain america in drag.

The nose looks warped, both eyes are different sizes, lips are to big for Jen. An. Face is compressed. If you dont mind Artsta I'd like to see the ref you used, and the way you drew her isnt to comic-ish.

this looks much nicer then your other stuff. Blend in the shades together now. to make it look like its all together and not burnt like above.

She looks more like Barbra Streisand...and Owen Wilson.

Your lead cant be too sharp. The sharper your lead is, the lighter and finer your hatching can be. Try using a regular pencil instead of a mechanical one and hold it very loosely. Draw very lightly and build up your values using many layers of hatching. This will help you get a smoother transition from light to dark. What you are shooting for is a nice smooth transition so that we can really get a sense of form. I actually think the likeness isnt too bad but the harsh contrast throws it off some. Just spend some time on it and dont be afraid to draw lightly. You'll get the dark values eventually, dont rush it. Keep working hard and good luck.
