Looks good. I like how you did the tentacle.
Looks like Mignola does Doc Ock. Very cool look to it.
Nice-- that's pretty much exactly how he looks now over in Spectacular Spider-Man, so that's pretty cool. Nice stuff, but it's hard to tell exactly HOW good this is since it's only a "head n' shoulders" shot.

Pretty awesome.
VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!..i love the "stylized" take on him. the dark mood makes him one of the less hoeky of The Sinster Six...great job!

Looks very cool man.
I don't mind that it's just head and shoulders, not every picture has to be full-figure.
I like your style, and the monochromatic look is great. Green was a nice choice. Did you color it in Photoshop?
You may want to clean up the background a little bit, though, because the background white is inconsistent.
I like Doc Ock's new design too, because it does what every good re-design should, keeps what's classic about the character, but up-dates it to modern tastes and works with the new artist's style. Although, I have to admit, it is a bit GQ-ie for someone like Otto Octavius. . . Maybe he's been paying attention to those new reality makeover shows?
