You have a really nice clean style which is something that I really admire when I see it. I think that all of your sketches are strong, but there seems to be a common problem amoung all your females sketches. The face and frontal portion of the head are too large for the cranium or back of the head. I think if you made the cranium larger your females would look better. And I agree, that chick needs some hips and thicker thighs. But those are only minor critiques over all I like the sketches and your guys are very well drawn.
