HEY I HEARD YOU WERE A WILD ONE

The Lazarus Pit only revived him healthwise.
He's the Riddler. Batman's identity was a riddle. He solved it.
The end.
Unless of course the Lazarus pit was one that Batman was once dipped in... and the pits carry and impart the shared memories of the collected users...
or Alfred's been writing Bruce Wayne on Batman's underwear tags again...

i think batman left some of his stuff behind that had his initials on it and the riddler figured it out. he he he he whatever

I was hoping for Hugo Strange.

I knew it was Tommy as soon as they showed the flashback and he's all, "I'll win every time because I can make myself think like my enemy".
What I thought was ridiculous was the motive. He wanted his parents to die so that he could have the money at age 10???
As far as the Riddler, supposedly the madenning after effect of the lazarus pit made him "think out of the box" and that's how he could figure out the secret.
I thought it was a good story but a lousy ending. Hopefuly they'll make up for it when Hush returns (and you know he will).
........It wasn't the riddler. We all know Jim Carey is the Riddler, didn't you see Joel Schumachers brilliant Batman movie?-Geez, some people.![]()
Tommy. What a disappointment. The only new character introduced and who stayed for more than an issue or two. It was so obvious I kept hoping Loeb had something clever planned. But he didn't.
He at least gave him a decent insidious motivation and left him as a dangerous villain for the future. Sort of made Riddler better. Dropped the only interesting thing to come out of the past year by splitting Batman and Catwoman up. And made Two Face into Harvey Dent again. Well, that could be cool. But I'm sure as soon as Loeb comes back he'll use him as the villain and revert things to the status quo.
Nothing ever really changes with super heroes.
