Seriously, it's bothering me. In 83% of the drawings set at night there's an oversized moon visible.

And... um... gives more drama. Otherwise the moon would look like a really big star or white far off planet than the moon itself. Geez... since when does art have to be 100% literal in the first place eh? ;P
Having been guilty of doing this recently, my thoughts were to use the moon as a design element and scale was secondary in the thought process.

of course you need a big moon in night-drawings >>> as the strong passive (because the light comes from sun blablabla) lightsource ... elsewise there would be nothing to color if everything was black
