I have had the same problem - and it still hurts a little bit. I think the idiot dentist never bothered to check properly that the filling had been properly shaped to fit the bite. Plus it was amalgam (dunno the english word) and I'd much rather have had a plastic filling - they're the best.

I feel your pain. I had a root canal done a couple of months ago. That was about the worst amount of pain I have ever felt in my mouth. It's a good thing the pain lasted less than a minute. That part of my jaw was sore for awhile.

i'm getting hitched in June, and then i'm on my girl's insurance. and you can bet your ass a week after we get back from Mexico i'm gonna be over in the dentist's office getting my wisdom teeth ripped out. i was supposed to get 'em out before i started college....5 years ago...but i just waited it out.
and now they're all impacted and ouchy.
