Your, you're, there, their, they're

Ok, it drives me nuts that simple and common words like this are used incorrectly so often. Quick correction.

"Your" indicates possession. That is your pencil, not mine.

"You're" is a contraction for 'you are'. You're a good artist.

"There" is a description of space. Put the comic books over there.

"Their" indicates ownership. Their artwork is in the studio.

"They're" is a contraction for 'they are'. They're going to win a Xeric Grant.

It bugs me when people use "I" instead of "me" because they think it will make them sound smarter, when in fact they are using it wrong.

Like, "Please sit and talk to your father and I."
