Ok, it drives me nuts that simple and common words like this are used incorrectly so often. Quick correction.
"Your" indicates possession. That is your pencil, not mine.
"You're" is a contraction for 'you are'. You're a good artist.
"There" is a description of space. Put the comic books over there.
"Their" indicates ownership. Their artwork is in the studio.
"They're" is a contraction for 'they are'. They're going to win a Xeric Grant.
