FREE COMIX! will be hosting a special edition focusing on the US/Iraq situation, allowing creators to voice their opinions on the matter. We will be accepting all submissions and running every one we receive. We want to give a total presentation of how the world's comix creators view this matter.

It is imperative in these times that creative people be allowed to express themselves in an open and nurturing environment, and that they do so without fear of reprisal.

In a nutshell, Joe McCarthy isn't a Senator anymore. Personally, I'll be damned if the industry will suffer such a blow as we did after the Kefauver hearings and the institution of the Comics Code Authority.

This special edition will enable everyone to express themselves, and to have their thoughts heard by people all around the world.
