    I just hope that the studios finally wiseup and letting McG or Brett Ratner do their planned remake of this pretty soon. Chances are Nic Cage will co-star with Cameron Diaz...
    Awesome!!! And the beginning of the movie could have his childhood home explode, as Mel Gibson and Danny "Bush is a racist" Glover, leap at us for cover!;mrt;

    Your idea is bad ass! Hope we can get this puppy green-lit, for real, yo!

    Then the real Orson Welles will rise from the dead and eat our brains...

    There's something lamentably sad to me that Welles' first movie was Citizen Kane and his last movie was Transformers.

    There's someone who got mega-screwed by the Hollywood machine, and no joke.

    No, he was a voice actor for Transformers.

    He was the voice of Unicron, and then he died (probably from the shame of being Unicron).

    I love the audio tapes of Orson Welles trying to record the voice over for Green Giant, string beans, if I recall correctly. Negativeland once sampled it, and made a whole collage out of him reaming the director out, because of grammatical errors in the script...quality stuff!

    Next I suppose someone will say It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back is boring.

    Seriously. Turn of the Xbox and read a damn book.

    I weep for our future.
    Damn. I should have read this before I posted about Watchmen. (which is still boring.)

    If any of you can find the special edition dvd of Citezen Kane for rent I suggest listening to Roger Ebert's commentary. He really breaks down alot of the shots and just throws out alot of really interesting info. Then watch the documentary on disk 2 if you can. The drama around the making of this movie is very interesting.
