Jeez... people threatened to kill his wife? And then we wonder why comics fans are stigmatized... we blow shit WAY out of proportion. I mean, I don't wan't this movie to suck either, but I draw the line at threatening people with violence.


Laying aside the sad confirmation that too many geeks out there need to be tied to a chair and slapped like the proverbial red-headed stepchild until they get a freaking proper perspective on the world... I am glad to see that the fans can be heard, and that their voice combined can make a difference. We DO matter, we DO have a say if we all believe in something strong enough, and that makes me feel a warm and snuggly inside.



But he still needs to blow up Krypton... Superman without blowing up Krypton is like Spiderman without killing off Uncle Ben... it's just a bad idea.

I was just thinking about this. If Krypton doesnt explode then where in the HELL does Kryptonite come from? Unless I'm mistaken its the radioactive pieces of Krypton after it explodes. How come nobody has picked up on this glaring logic hole?

The reason SPiderman worked is because it STUCK WITH HIS ORIGIN.
they changd "technichal" parts for the y2k so it would be more believeable, but that was fine, its not different than making wolverines claws come out from between his fingers than the back of his hands, its a MINOR change we can live with.
