New Supervillain in town: Imbecile Dogpounder WIP

Hey folks, since the last upload was all Ballpen, now some pencil stuff,

some 5 min steps of my sketch for the supervillain of my new comic i am doing.

First, 5 mins of rough sketch...



tightening the lines...



adding some shadows...



anyone cares to introduce me to some nice tuts regarding digital inking and / or coloring?
I'd like to experiment a little on this.

i am also open to suggestions about superpowers ^^

right now i have ultrasonic beam and swearing to animals...

Added mediocre photoshop coloring due to impatience...

Nice work, but the neck looks a bit funny, left shoulder could use some refining and the chin kinda reminds me to Balchinians, an alien rase from Men In Black that has balls attached to its chin. And, yeah, you should re-color it. Not bad, though.

I think the problem with the neck is the head needs to sit a little higher, and the neck needs to connect a little lower on the skull closer to the jaw.

He's fun though, reminds me of a mean mother version of the 'Noid. He should be able to emit the faint smell of various pork products at will. You know, to attract his prey.

and you're right about the Head and neck! I tend to exaggerate on the neck a lot of times...
right now i am working on something else, but i will come back to this in a couple of days.
