I call it finished work too. I like the style used here and especially dig the use of the black spot area and black background merging in the last two images. The 3rd image has a fantastic Latin america authors work vibe. I suggest to give a look to Domingo Mandrafina, Alberto Breccia, just to tell you the first two names came to my mind
