Panel four and panel six are the best color panels on the page. The color choices in panel four allow the reader to focus on the hero, which is great, and the blue in the last panel really works out well. The hero pops, and everything reads nicely.
Panel two is my least favorite panel. I don't like the color choice you made for the sound effect "ZAP!". The blue kicks the sound effect back too much. Since the zapping action is a major moment in the storytelling, the sound effect is pretty important here, so it should have more contrast. It needs to stand out more to grab reader's attention. I recommend an orange color for the sound effect, which will contrast with the blue background, giving you better depth and separation.
I also don't really like your color choice for the aura around the badguy. It looks like sand color. It's kind of a magic glowing element, so why not make it more of a true yellow instead of a peanut butter yellow-brown? Maybe something a little more in the middle...like a golden rod yellow or something would be better suited for that area.
The purple dress and hat in panel three is a little more intense than is necessary. I think you could dial that back just a little.
On the whole, pretty nice work though. The color choices make all the difference, and you generally have done a good job of things.
Hope I've been of some help.
