If it were me, (and taking into account that you're going to put some text/copy onto the background, I'd inset some additional images from the comic in boxes in the negative space there, if you're intending this as a poster/flyer.
A promo image I did for my first issue of my comic at the London Alternative Press fair.
Was gonna paste it around the city and put it in all the london comic shops, with added text of course saying its a comic and where to get it.
What do you think of the image? I personally am not sure of the background

Yeh I tried doing it like that, trying to make it all cinematic like a movie poster, but it was too complicated and cluttered, thought it would be better to go with a clearer simple design.
My girlfriend did the font and typography on this, I'm rubbish with that stuff but I think she did a real good job

I think the type really works, brings it all together. And it WOULD look cluttered with more images, especially with the type as you have it now. One rule of thumb comes to mind that I was taught: limit yourself to three or less different fonts in a single layout, but I don't think you've been excessive here. I'm curious about the logotype "ERZZEBET". Is that an original design of yours, or a previously existing font?

It's called Ceremonial, I found it on this site, even though it's abit hard to read I thought it fit the comic perfect, plus was just insanely awesome.
Every Cover, Poster has some balance...and your Letters should compliment the balance...if there was no balance your work would appear lopsided so to speak....if you check out most Comic book covers you'll see what I'm saying.
Space opportunity is when you have open space that is just that Open..it's possible that the open space works with the balance...or it might work against the over all Drawing..![]()

Just checked and looks like I'm going to miss it.
Hope it all goes well, and hopefully check it out next time round.
